Coercive force is one of the most important parameters of soft magnetic material, In order to overcome the influence of demagnetization factors, at present, it is all to use standard circular specimen in measuring of soft magnetic materials. With the rapid development of the information industry, the magnetic materials as one of the new electronic function material, they have many applications in some fields. It has been put forward a challenge for detection method of the magnetic products. The stress and deformation of mechanical are produced in the course of the metal forming on soft magnetic materials which is widely used in instruments, the magnetic properties are changed greatly, especially for the coercive force. In order to solve the soft magnetic material profiled of fast measurement, it is important to determine the influence from produced demagnetization factor to annular samples affect the results of measurement. In order to solve the above problem, this paper studies on the effects of demagnetization factor on static parameters of magnetic material, and its details are as follow:(1)Under the guidance of GB/T13012-2008 which is the method of measurement on soft magnetic materials, the measuring instrument was set up by blast method which is a standard method to measure the static parameters of the soft magnetic materials. And then the coercive force of 1J50 soft magnetic material standard circular specimen in the measuring instrument was measured, which was proved to be in accordance with the national standard GB/T13012-2008 by comparing its results with that of Shaanxi precision alloy research institute.(2) In order to measure the profiled in the common measuring instruments, two groups of square annular standard test module was designed to match to the soft magnetic material 1J50. The same profiled have different magnetic circuit, which changes the profiled in the ratio of the length of the magnetic(3) About the reaching on measurement modules combination, the experiment have a single measurement modules and double measurement modules by choosing different measurement modules and combining with the effect of demagnetization factors. By analyzing the experimental data of profiled, it is the measurement of difference in the condition of double measurement modules, due to the constant impact of impact in the range of 200Maxwell and 700Maxwell, it is difficult to satisfy the requirements. The single module is not limited by the condition.(4)About the best measuring conditions. Single modules is the base of measurement, different magnetization field, different measurement modules and composition of modules were selected, the specimen is standard profiled with the orthogonal experiment method, which select six factors and three level experiment, aiming at finding what is the best measured parameter for coercive force of soft magnetic material profiled on the conditions of measurement modules?The experimental results show that unqualified and qualified specimen of coercive force have obvious difference, under the condition of that magnetizing current respectively is 450mA, 500mA and reverse current is 7mA,5mA. The affect of demagnetization factors is minimum. Therefore, the parameters can be used as a soft magnetic material coercive force measurement of basic parameters, for the abnormity soft magnetic materials (1 J50) of provides measurement rules. Whether it can be extended to detect other brand of soft magnetic material profiled or not, needs the further experiment to verify.
