China is rich in coal resources, and is one of the countries using coal as main energy in the world. It is decided Chinese power plant is coal-fired station mainly. SO2is one of emissions by power plant is the mainly cause of air pollution in China, FGD is the most important part to remove SO2from power plant, The wet limestone-gypsum FGD with its mature technology, high desulfurization efficiency, absorbent of cheap, wide adapting range of coals, can meet the requirements of large FGD, desulfurization by-products can be resourceful, and greatly reduce the engineering cost and the possibility of significant advantages such as has become the world's most mature, the most widely used FGD process. The wet limestone-gypsum flue gas desulphurization system uses limestone or lime as reagent and consequently produces commercial grade gypsum. This system basically consists of a gas system, a reagent preparation system, an absorber module, and a gypsum dewatering system. This thesis combined with domestic limestone-gypsum FGD technology system design and application, to design and research its control method, summed up a set of detailed control scheme, curing some of conventional design, and according to the actual effect of the control logic optimization. The paper is mainly composed of overall control, system control and analog control to elaborate control system. Overall control mainly narrated the FGD system of start and stop and related protection control; system control are described in detail for the FGD system of control system and process parameters, the device level control target for the design, specification of a number of conventional design; analog loop control is described in the FGD system the most important system of SO2absorption, flue gas system and limestone preparation system, and optimized according to the actual result.
