A part of the Jilin Province science and technology support plan project "based on Multiple-effect And Low temperature Evaporation Craft Low Energy consumption Distilling apparatus Research" is mainly introduced in this paper.Because of Distilled water machines's movement process to be specially complex, it assumes the misalignment relations and has the characteristic of the strong interconnection, In addition, there are some strong heat exchange loop interference. Therefore, there is very difficult to establish a precise mathematical model of multi-effect distilled water machine. This article mainly according to the principle of heat exchange, it infers double-effect evaporator's dynamic equation on the basis of single-effect evaporator's foundation.It needing to control the two important parameters is the exit conductivity of distilled water and the outlet temperature in the distilled water production process. The conductivity is generally controlled by adjusting the current capacity of raw material water and the outlet temperature is controlled by adjusting the current capacity of the main steam. This is a two-input and dual-output control system of the strong coupling properties. This article achieving the conductivity and the outlet temperature of distilled water control automation by establishing the expert controller, it turns the double output to the list output. While it satisfies the outlet temperature of distilled water in the regulation of demand, but also ensures a constant conductivity of distilled water, and can automatically correct in the certain deviation area, and makes the machine safe and stable operation of distilled water.The evaporator water level is the important indicators of the safety and stable operation of the distilled water, and the water level should not be too high or too low. There is still a "false level" phenomenon for the evaporator water level change, meanwhile it is severely affected by the interference of external factors, such as water pressure and steam pressure. This article mainly uses one kind PID control algorithm which is based on the expert control rule, it through combines the expert control system and the PID controller, and adjusts the PID parameters according to expert knowledge and experience in real time, and changes the PID control mode to achieve the best PID control effect, Thus enables the control system to have the good robustness, the control precision and the dynamic property.In the production process of distilled water, the second steam pressure and temperature tend to be relatively low, to make use of secondary steam can be repeated, so that heat given full play. This article through uses the heat pump technology, and designs an eductor between the steam import of an effect evaporator and the second steam exits of an effect separator, using turbulent motion diffusion of the jet flow, leading to energy exchange, and makes the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam have been greatly improved, thereby effectively improves the economics of energy use, so it plays a good energy saving effect.In the paper, it constructs the production control system's overall diagram of Distilled water machine according to the actual process which is the production control system of Distilled water machine, and designs the Distilled water machine's production process, and makes the program flow chart.
