Though the orthogonal experiment, best temperature, time and Dye amount in dyeing Procedure was made out, which is great helpful for factory's technician to optimize these factors in Practical application. By comparing with the studying on the properties of PTT/PET bi-component fabric and PTT fabric, find the advantage of PTT/PET bi-component fiber, so as to offer help for new product development and production.Last, test the shape retention of the fabrics, warm and comfortable, and some fabric style tests. Used the Method of fuzzy mathematics to describe the PTT/PET fiber sweater fabric from the integrated perspective, thus illuminate comprehensive performance of the fabric and applicability.
