Study Of Stalks/Bromine Carbon Polyurethane Composite Flame Retardant And Thermal Insulating Materials

RPUF reinforced and flame retardanted by stalks,flame-retardant agents and letting bromine in the polyurethane resin with water as the blowing agent was prepared in this paper, According to that, it can improve the properties of RPUF and the resources of stalks which are rich in our country can be recycled, meeting the requirements of environmental protection and economic.The content of flame-retardant polyehter polyols was synthesized from diethanolamine and homemade tetrabromobisphenol A epoxy resin.The content of isocyanate was polymerized from these materials step by step which were TDI,PEG-400and TMP under the effect of dibutyltion dilaurate, the flame retardant polyurethane rigid foam was foamed from these two contents to a scale.The PU foam was prepared when the ratio of diethanolamine and tetrabromobisphenol A epoxy resin was0.75:1, the reaction temperature was controlled in85℃, the time was3h, hydroxyl value was about300mgKOH/g.; when the ratio of TDI,PEG-400and TMP was4.4:0.36:0.7, the reaction temperature was controlled in60℃, the time was3.5h, the content of isocyanate was24.5%. Characterized by means of TGA analyses,SEM and horizontal burning tester.The properties of materials is researched by discussing the isocyanate index,blowing agent,foam stabilizer,catalyst,stalks and flame retardant agents. The Results show that the foam is well-distributed, decalescence temperature was increased from294.8℃to303.8℃,thermal conductivity was0.030w/m.k,compressive strength was greater than0.2MPa when the the isocyanate index is1.1to1.2,the usage of blowing agent is1.0to1.4%,the usage of foam stabilizer is0.9to1.2%,the usage of catalyst is1.5to2.0%,the usage of stalks is5to7%,the usage of melamine is30%,the usage of APP is10to20%,the usage of aluminum hydroxide is30%and the usage of antimony trioxide is10%.
