The mine-use submersible pump intelligent monitoring system is a large device which consists of operation process intelligent supervision, equipment real-time protection, network communication. The system integrates of MCU technology, CAN bus technology and virtual instrument technology. The system makes an all-round and multi-level analysis for mine-use submersible pump. Because of the special geographical environment in coal mine, Using the relevant equipment must be treated by explosion proof. Then put forward a kind of computer monitoring, Hypogynous machine makes real-time acquisition, data analysis and processing design. They establish communication channels by CAN bus. This system consists of center of monitoring computer, CAN/RS232protocol conversion module, and the control node which locates working place. Every control node can supervise and protect the submersible pump by itself, and also can transfer information with surveillance through CAN bus. Data transport module adopts the method that converts RS232to CAN in order to realize the data exchange of testing system and computer. The surveillance can communicate with each control node by CAN bus. Above all these, the monitoring system can realize managing concentrate and controlling disperse.The main content of this thesis as follows:(1) Discussed the background, Significance, and the present status of the research on submersible pump at home and abroad, it provided the reference for the design scheme.(2) Analyzed the capability and structure of submersible pump, Determined the design and project of the system and design scheme.(3) Designed the mine-use flameproof submersible pump for BQW25-18-4, hardware in this system is made up by data acquisition module, signal conditioning module, data storage and transport module, real time clock, power supply and so on. It can make the parameter digitalization testing of the temperature of surface of stator coil, three-phase AC circuit, flux, lift and so on be realized. This software system includes pc software and single chip software. PC software regards LabVIEW as development plat from NI company, make use of the technology of databases in order to realize the uniform management of multi-pump testing data. Hypogynous machine regards C language in order to develop, which include data acquisition, storage, data transport software module and so on. The system use battery as power and realize device portable and also supply convenience for explosion protection dispose design.(4) Tested the function of monitoring system in the field. All functions were verified through many times experiment at working place. Write software testing procedure to test the coordinated ability of soft and hard ware. This system provides data support for the work of mine-use pump parameters testing, the degree of mine-use pump testing device's automation is enhanced. The experiment show that this system posses the characteristics of high measuring precision, good anti—interference ability and real time, low price for its ability and so on. Come true the anticipated demand, update the technique of the product.
