Phosphate ester fire-resistant fluid is commonly called as the phosphate ester fire-resistant oilin project,which is a kind of synthetic organic lipid liquid.Because of its excellent flame-resistant,lubrication and wear resistance, it has replaced thetraditional mineral-based oil gradually as the working medium of the security system and bypasssystem. In order to ensure the safe operation of the large unit such as nuclear power plants,thermalpower plants and so on,so many researchers begin to study that how to reduce the speed of thedegradation and extend the duration of use. A new kind of purification method,which is calledanti-settlement dehydration method, has been proposed.To design and assembly the experimentdevice to find the law of various factors to the efficiency of the anti-settlement dehydrationpurification.Do it like this,we can know the optimal reaction conditions of the anti-settlementdehydration purification device.Which is a new research approach for the future research on the oilpurification.Analysis of the factors that lead to the oil deterioration and the existing purification methodsto proposed a new purification method-anti-settlement dehydration purification method.Anddescribes the definition, the principles and the scope of the purification method systematically. Withthe graphical programming of the Lab VIEW to show the anti-settlement purification process in theform of animation.Which contributes to a better understanding of the anti-settlement dehydrationpurification theory.Study on the basic properties of the phosphate ester fire-resistant oil and choose the righthardware to build the test platform based on the anti-settlement purification principle.Write the dataacquisition program in Lab VIEW to acquisition the signal such as temperature,pressure,flow rateand so on.Collecting all the data under different conditions and determining the moisture content in theoil before and after treatment Then after analyzed we know that the purification efficiency ofanti-settlement dehydration purification shows the trend of the change first and the decreased withthe temperature or the inlet rate.And which is proportional to the processing time and the inletpressure,while the change is relatively flat.Comprehensive analysis shows that the best experimentalcondition of the anti-settlement dehydration purification as follow:the temperature is50-60℃,theprocessing time is one hour,the pressure is0.12MPa and the inlet rate is230cm~3/s.This study has a certain practical significance for the relief of the degradation speed and theuse efficiency of the phosphate ester fire-resistant oil And enrich the oil-water separation system to some extent.
