Oil and gas drilling project is an important part of the oil and gas exploration anddevelopment. However,the cost of oil and gas drilling projects accounted for a largeproportion of the oil and gas exploration and development costs,therefore,how to reducethe cost of drilling is always an important issue which facing oil and gas drilling industry,casing drilling technology is the driver of this concept came into being. Casing DrillingTechnology is a new drilling technology,Because it's development time is not long,thetechnology maturity,and adaptability of it is to be rising,so compared to drilling projects,the casing drilling projects is facing greater risk. Casing drilling projects,research riskassessment and control issues have important practical significance and theoreticalsignificanceFirst,the research summarizes the domestic,raise ideas and research methods;analysis's the advantages and disadvantages of casing drilling technology,defines theconcept of risk of casing drilling projects,focusing on the evaluation of casing drillingproject risk paper to be adopted principal component analysis,network analysis and thebasic principle of the DS theory of evidence law;from the three aspects such as theenvironment,construction and personnel to analysis of risk factors for casing drillingprojects;from the five aspects of quality,cost,schedule,safety and environmental analysisof the casing Drilling project Risk consequences severity index;on this basis,use theprincipal component analysis,network analysis and DS evidence theory to build the casingdrilling project risk evaluation index system and evaluation model,combined with theactual data of the Henan Biyang casing drilling project case studies,to verify the validity ofthe D-S theory of evidence-based multi-level hierarchical evaluation model;finally,for therisk factors of the project of Casing Drilling,puts up measures to control the risk of casingdrilling projects,and compare the weighted scoring method with the fuzzy relativeevaluation,comprehensive evaluation of the effect of casing drilling project risk control,combined with the casing of Henan Biyang the actual data of the drilling project,testingand comparing the effectiveness of the two evaluation methods.
