Oil drilling equipment is a system with high assets, high integration, high risk, itoccupies an important position in oil drilling enterprises, high risk of oil drilling equipmentdetermines the necessity and urgency to the research on risk management of oil drillingequipment. To explore the risk management framework for oil drilling equipment, it hasimportant practical significance to the risk management of oil drilling equipment to bestandardized and scientific.Special requirements on safety, health, and environmental protection in the petroleumenterprises, the paper takes the risk of oil drilling equipment as the research object, on thebasis of analyzing the equipment risk management related theory, focuses on the research ofrisk identification, risk assessment and risk control methods of oil drilling equipment. In thestudy on risk identification of oil drilling equipment, first of all, starting from the analysis ofrisk factors for oil drilling equipment, to supplement for general equipment risk factors (i.e., aclass of risk source and two types of risk source), drawing the environmental risk factorsinto the oil drilling equipment; Secondly, analysis the basic process of risk identification of oildrilling equipment; Third, according to the specific characteristics of oil drilling equipment,the improved method of EFMEA (failure mode of equipment and effect analysis method),based on the traditional EFMEA method, joined the fault--risk factors for conversion module,starting from the latent faults in equipment, through the analysis of fault modes. Behind thefaulty equipment risk factors, starting from the latent faults in equipment, getting to thebottom of risk factors behind the equipment fault through the analysis of fault modes. In theresearch on risk assessment of oil drilling equipment, selecting three risk assessment variablesthat the influence degree (E), the occurrence degree (O) and puzzle degree (P),failure modesystem, subsystem and its unit of oil drilling equipment is to be devised by the triangularfuzzy theory system. sorting by gray theory of risk factors on each unit of equipment. In thestudy of petroleum drilling equipment risk control, it puts forward countermeasures accordingto the result of risk assessment of oil drilling equipment repair and maintenance of theimplementation of classification, in order to control the first class risk sources of oil drillingequipment risk; the hierarchical control strategy and management countermeasures ofpetroleum drilling equipment risk control is to be putted forward, in order to control the second class of hazard and environmental risk factor; the countermeasures of major accidentof oil drilling equipment is to be putted forward, in order to after control for equipment riskfactors. An example application: the environmental risk factors of oil drilling equipment andthe use of improved EFMEA method to join, which can effectively identify the risk of oildrilling equipment; according to the risk assessment and risk ranking results of theimplementation of classification repair strategies, grading control strategy and managementcountermeasures, which can reduce equipment accidents and hazards, improve riskmanagement level of oil drilling equipment.
