The Intelligent Mower Embedded Control Technology Research

With the maturity of embedded technology, the cost of the embedded chip reduce and the functionality enhance, the applications range of the embedded technology become wider and wider. This paper applys embedded technology do relatively comprehensive research in the intelligent mower.First of all, propose the design requirements and technical specifications of the intelligent mower in the overall design stage, and determine the mower should be able to achieve intelligent functions; in the mechanical structure, were key parts of the mower options, including deceleration device, battery, DC motor with controller, initially set to be used mower smart sensor module to determine the overall layout; in the control system, use the basic platform design ideas, select the appropriate control platform, identify the control program of the primary to secondary CPU, and divide the control circuit board-level functions.Secondly, do a detailed design in the hardware control platform of the intelligent mower. Divided into three parts:First, the design of the core circuit board, including the clock, reset, memory and network interface circuit; second, the specific selection of the sensor module which in the expansion board and the design of the expansion board's circuit. The expansion board circuit include sensors module circuit, USB circuitry, serial communications circuit and the primary to secondary CPU interface circuit, etc; Third,the motor control and the design of the drive circuit board, including the DSP peripheral circuit, the motor drive circuit and some isolation and protection circuit.Finally,the preliminary design of the embedded software. Including the construction of embedded development environment, the divided of the embedded software modules and the software achieve of the external sensors and so on.
