| The development of society and economy are heavily based on transportation industry. Smooth transportation network is a precondition for promotion of economy and advancement of society. It is critical for Sichuan Province to build up the Western Integrated Transportation Hub it its 12-Five Plan periods. Under the general guideline "Opening-up Passage, Constructing Hubs, Improving Road Network, Upgrading Function, Supporting Development", transportation infrastructure constructions have been implemented. Meanwhile efforts have been exerted to cultivate modern transportation, promote transformation of development patterns and drive transportation enterprise to move forward rapidly, smoothly and scientifically. Constructing innovative transportation industry in Sichuan Province lies in talents, especially innovative talents. Innovative talents, who are precious tactic resources to ensure smooth and rapid development, are exploiters and pioneers to achieve great progresses and breakthroughs. Combining theory and practice, consulting plenty of documents and analyzing lots of fundamental data, the paper investigates strategies of developing innovative talents in Sichuan Province. The body consists of four chapters.Firstly, some correlated innovative theories and properties of innovative talents are summarized. Innovative talents are classified scientifically and then the judgment criteria are provided. It also expounds the factors affecting development of innovative talents. Finally it analyzes the status and function of innovative talents, which sets up a theory foundation for further research.And then, the paper focuses on adaptability of innovative talents of transportation industry in Sichuan Province. Firstly the present situations of innovative talents are analyzed, then adaptabilities of growth and policies are explored. Nowadays there lacks of influential leading talents and high-level scientific and technical talents. It is tough for them to meet the demand of future development with high-pressure work condition, unhealthy body, limited study time and chaos in daily office. Furthermore talent policies are not integrated and perfect enough, which can not satisfy the demand to construct the innovative transportation industry in Sichuan Province. Therefore, the paper expounds the necessity to strengthen the innovative talents development. Transportation talents in Sichuan province are confronted with big challenges of transportation development situations. Meanwhile 12th-five plan puts forwards new requirements for talents.Finally, based on the present problems of science and technology talents of Sichuan Province, the paper provides some strategies for talents training, cultivating and evaluating, which is practical. |
