| In recent years,the domestic automobile market tends to saturate,the industry competition intensifies,with the new technology breakthrough,travel services and other new business model impact,the whole industry is setting off an innovation change.For foreignfunded automobile enterprises,following the model of foreign R&D and domestic production and sales is no longer feasible.In terms of electrification and intelligent networking,China’s local R&D strength cannot be underestimated.It even has advantages in the R&D cycle.Foreign auto companies gradually shifted the R&D focus into China.This has also led to essential changes in the talent structure of foreign-funded auto companies,and the issues and demand of performance management for innovative talents have surged.Company E as the core brand of Group B has been ranked among the top three in global luxury car sales for many years,and China has grown into the second largest market for Group B in the world in recent years.Due to the epidemic and other reasons,China has now overtaken the United States as its largest market.Group B is actively deploying R&D and innovation in the country and recruiting a large number of innovative talents.During this process,performance management problems frequently arise and urgently need to be improved.Based on the research on the performance management of innovative talents,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the innovative talent performance management of the company E in Group B through literature analysis,field interviews and questionnaire research.And analyzes its problems and shortcomings from the four aspects of performance goal setting,performance execution,performance evaluation and application of performance results.At the same time,with reference to the performance management theory and the characteristics of innovative talents,a series of improvement measures are put forward from these four aspects,and it is suggested that enterprises should take measures such as strengthening the communication of performance goals,strengthening performance coaching,increasing the objective impartiality of evaluation,enriching the application of performance results and setting up performance management information platform to solve the existing problems of the company’s innovative talent performance management and improve the performance management level.Helping companies gain a competitive edge in industry change and inspire performance management of innovative jobs in the automotive and related industries. |
