Construction Of Professional Talent Training System In Intelligent Manufacturing Enterprises

Nowadays,many countries around the world are accelerating intelligent manufacturing."Made in China 2025" has taken intelligent manufacturing as the main direction and breakthrough point.Intelligent manufacturing technology has been gradually extended to various industries and links.Company A is an intelligent manufacturing company in the stage of rapid development.It faces the problem of large demand for professional talents but large shortage of professional talents.The company does not have enough professional talent reserves,only relying on external recruitment is very stressful.Therefore,how to establish a comprehensive professional talent training system has become a key work of the company.Based on the above background,this thesis takes company A as the research object,and selects the talent echelon theory,the recognition incentive theory and the two-factor theory as the key reference theories.Interview and questionnaire methods are adopted to study the training of professional talents in company A,and found that there were problems such as recruitment and selection in a single method,lack of targeted training,and incomplete appointment system.This thesis constructs the problem of professional talent training in company A from four aspects: developing human resource planning based on enterprise development strategy,establish a comprehensive professional talent training system,improving the characteristic salary performance management mechanism and safeguard measures of talent training system.Some innovations have been made in the training of professional talents,such as establishing diversified talent recruitment channels,setting up a team of professional talent training lecturers and so on,so as to cultivate professional talents that meet the actual expectations of enterprises.It has good reference significance for domestic enterprises based on intelligent manufacturing transformation and upgrading.
