This street light control simulation system takes the SCT89C58 single chip microcontroller as the control core to implement the branch control and the unit control function. The branch circuit controller takes DS1302 as the clock source, the information of moving objects and environment light and shade change are gathered by infrared emitting diode and photodiode and photo sensor, it is demonstrated that the system can automatically turn on/off any light, display the lighting time, control any branch, adjust the brightness independently according to the set-up time and the transportation situation the condition, and can give audio and visual alarm when any street light breaks down. The unit controller takes the self-made constant flow power source as the LED actuation source. This system works with high stability and reliability, the user interface is friendly designed.This system design uses modular design method, this can reduce the development, test and maintenance cost.The first chapter is introductions. In the next chapter we briefly introduce the system design. The third chapter is about the hardware circuit design. In the fourth chapter the system software design is discussed. In the fifth chapter of the system we perform a simulation software and hardware analysis. In the sixth chapter, the installation and testing of the system is discussed.
