The solar energy LED str eet lighting sys tem receives the attention o f illumination profession and energy industry more a nd more, it becam e the illum ination industry development the inevitable trend. The photovoltaic lighting system were mainly composed of solar cell board, accumulator cell, LED lamps and lanterns, controller and other components, the photovoltaic lighting system’s hard core is a controller. The present paper mainly carries out the project work in view of so lar energy controller. The project work in cluding the hardware and software two major parts, various parts has realized each function of system by the way of modulation.Hardware circuit part. This article chooses STC5608 AD single chip m icrocomputer as control core, the corresponding design control, power supply, charging, discharge, such as four modules, Control m odule including reset, infrared wirele ss transceiver and status indication hardware circuit; Power supply m odule includes step-down, battery voltage sampling, lightning protection, protection and sh ort circuit protection, and the counter-attack filling, etc; Charging module includes MOSFET driver, photovoltaic battery voltage sampling, etc.; Discharge module includes driving MOSFET discharge, discharge current sampling, etc. By MCU s ystem four modules and eventually co- operation for char ging and dischar ging control of battery, its due functions such as automatic adjustment state of LED lights.Software part, in view of the hardware circuit part de sign the corresponding software control program. Design the battery charged a three-stage control program; According to illumination control accumulator cell charging and disc harging procedure; Electric current examination and constant flow control procedure; Active status instr uction and inf rared receiving and dispatching contro l and other m odule procedures. Finally, the design of solar LED street lamp lighting control system for the comm issioning and performance testing of relevant work, in this paper, the solar cont roller is designed after debugging and aging, the stability and reliability of the experimental data show that the controller.
