At present, China has become the world's most high-speed railway operating mileage of the country. High-speed railway transportation is an important direction in China. The technology of ballastless slab track is the major technology in the high-speed railway construction, which is the direction of high-speed railway because of the structural integrity and stability as well as less repair. Ballastless slab track consists of the concrete track bed Lane, Cement emulsified Asphalt mortar layer and track slab etc. Cement emulsified asphalt mortar is the organic and inorganic composite material which is made of cement, asphalt emulsion, fine aggregate (sand), and other materials. It is a multi-component, multi-phase complex mortar mixture. As the adjustment layer between the orbital slabs and base, it plays the role of filling, supporting, bearing, the force transmission and to make sure the track keep the provision of appropriate stiffness and elastic resilience. The smoothness of the track structure, the comfort and safety of the train and the durability of the track structure are directly affected by the performance of mortar which is the key material in ballastless slab track construction.Specific to ShiWu Passenger Dedicated Lines, this thesis did the systems analysis and research of the cement-emulsified asphalt mortar. It focus on the preparation of the preferred raw material-specific principle and identified the parameters of indicators, and developed the cement-emulsified asphalt mortar specifically for Shijiazhuang-Wuhan Passenger Dedicated Lines CRTS II ballastless slab track, as a perfect high-speed railway cement emulsified asphalt mortar technology. By testing raw materials, testing parameters, to study the relationship between the influence of water consumption and liquidity, between the defoamer proportion and gas conten, between mixing time and gas content to determine the initial mixing proportion; through technology test to determine the mortar mixing parameters, Edge, wetting and perfusion parameters and on-site car mixing asphalt mortar construction process parameters, and ultimately determine the mixing proportion in construction. After respectively field trials with its construction, physics, mechanics, durability test, and the parameters are met specifications, and conducted full size plate perfusion test, the exposing board examination results are good. The performance of cement emulsified asphalt mortar not only depends on its composition and ratio, and depends largely on the performance of construction quality and On-site Quality Control. According to the field construction conditions, suitable for the proposed construction technology of cement mortar and emulsified under different circumstances,a variety of construction practices, and the formation of emulsified asphalt cement mortar construction technology infusion implementation details. By engineering applications show that the material fully meet the high-speed railway slab track structure building requirements.The superiority of this technology is cost-effective,and shows the good adaptability to climate and construction equipment, and it reflects the high standards, high-tech and economic benefits. It is paid more attention of the practical significance and the valuable reference for similar projects.
