| With the development of transportation and road mileage increased continuously, the early damage of road has become increasingly prominent. These phenomena include interlaminar slip, pro package, and wheel rut of the road and so on. Research indicates that these early damage is due to the large shear stress and the insufficiency of interlaminar bond strength.Therefore, the situation of adhesive layer must be detected after the interlaminar bonding layer construction. Detect the weak parts according to the shear strength and tensile strength, and implement reinforcement measures to ensure construction quality.The subject developed a measurement and control system for interlayer layer test instruments of asphalt pavement based on a single chip and LabVIEW. Realize the serial communication between slave computer and host computer through CP2102 USB bridge chip. Select TI Corporation's MSP430F149 MCU can be easily achieved 4 channels force and 4 channels displacement acquisition at the same time. Use graphical programming software LabVIEW to develop host computer software, not only the development cycle is short, and also the system function is easy to expand. Taking into account the outdoor testing, the system uses the battery power supply, not only portable, but also significantly reduce the external interference. This dissertation briefly describes the structure and work process of mechanical systems, and introduces the research and development of control system's hardware and software with emphasis.Measurement and control system for interlayer layer test instruments of asphalt pavement based on virtual instrument has a powerful function and easy to extend and upgrade;it has a friendly and intuitive interface, easy to operate; it has anti-interference ability, can be used both in indoor and outdoor;it has a high testing efficiency, can analysis and processing data in real time. Through to the massive experimental data's summary and analysis, this dissertation can propose technical performance's evaluation criteria of interlayer layer of asphalt pavement, which has the positive and important instruction function to the later interlayer layer's design. |
