Wind turbines are the foundation of wind power, and the wind power bearing is the most important component of the wind turbines. Its quality is good or bad directly affects the working quality, the working life and the working efficiency of the wind turbines. So the wind bearing have to pass strict and effective test before leaving the factory. The wind power bearing testing machine is designed for testing the performance of the wind power bearing in the complex simulating actual working condition. The measurement and control system is responsible for driving control and parameter measurement as the key part in the testing machine. The data obtained through the measurement and control system can be directly used to test the quality of the bearing. Based on the overall analysis of a large number of domestic and foreign related literature related to the wind power bearing testing machine measurement and control system, this machine control system has carried on the research work. Specific content summary is as follows:(1)Through consulting relevant literature and combining with the instruction manual content, analyze the installation conditions, main function and the actual working condition of the bitch bearing and the yaw bearing and set out20groups of simulation parameters for each test bearing;(2)According to the characteristics of the test bearing, the design requirements and the technical indicators of the testing machine, determine the hydraulic loading system control scheme by using the method of combining the industrial computer and PLC. Include the loading of the simulating actual working condition parameters, the driving of the hydraulic motor and oil cylinder, the adjustment of the test bearing rotating speed and so on;(3)Based on the study of the mechanical part in the testing machine, put forward the all intelligent integration measurement and control system design scheme by combining PLC and Lab VIEW as the core. The construction of the hardware system includes the selection of the equipment, the input and output of the signal, the function realization of the closed loop control. The construction of the software platform includes the program design of the main function module and the interface and so on; (4)Carry out the test of the testing machine under the condition of simulating actual working condition, and make the accuracy analysis for the testing data by using the statistics related knowledge. The loading parameters measurement result meets the precision index, and the displacement and vibration value has the less volatile. It shows that the test process is stable and the test data has good reliability and reference value.The testing machine measurement and control system designing by this paper has complete system function index, and its precision index meets the test requirements. It can effectively be used to carry out the test for the bitch bearing and yaw bearing under the actual working condition. The design of this measurement and control system can reduce nearly7%of the cost. At the same time its equipment automation and reliability do not be affected. It is worth popularizing in all kinds of testing system such as electric power, machinery, energy sources and so on. |
