Study On Driving Suitability's Test And Evaluation Index Of The Operating Vehicle Drivers

With the rapid development of road transport business in china, road traffic accident problems are getting more and more serious, especially operating vehicle road traffic safety situation is very severe. Research shows that, the factors about drivers take more than seventy percent in the influence factors of road traffic accident. The "accident tendentiousness" phenomena's exist has drawn out the "driving suitability theory", namely "some are suitable for professional drivers but some are not fit in the" professional. Especially as a professional operating vehicles driver, if he isn't suitable for professional driver, it will bury great hidden trouble in the road traffic safety.Driving suitability test is based on driving suitability theory, and it is technology which test driver's physiological and psychological quality. And test results as a basis screening on or retraining the drivers. This paper mainly study on evaluation index system about the driving suitability of the operating vehicle drivers.Through the driving characteristics analysis about driver's perception, judgment, operating characteristics, and combining operating vehicle driver's own professional characteristics, and absorption and reference for the related research results at home and abroad, the paper determines test and evaluation index system about the driving suitability of the operating vehicle drivers.This paper designs the feasible testing and research scheme for the subject, and investigate In Fujian province. Compare the test data's mean in the accident group and safety group using SPSS software, for inspection the validity of the test equipment the rationality of the evaluation indexes; Determine the normal range of testing index; Prove that accidents number has significant effect on detecting data in the use of variance analysis,cluster analysis about the test data, determine driving suitability index's single standard, reference that all accidents number correspond driver number and percentage in each category, Merge some categories and puts forward comprehensive standard's ideas.
