| Driving suitability test is based on driving suitability theory, and it is technologywhich test driver’s physiological and psychological quality. And test results as a basisscreening on or retraining the drivers. The driving aptitude tests to professionaldrivers can effectively improve the quality of the groups of drivers, and fundamentallyprevent traffic accidents, so that significantly reduce the traffic accident. Although thestudy of driving aptitude detection developments rapidly in recent years in China,there are still many deficiencies, such as the evaluation index system is not perfect,the testing equipment reliability is not high and so on. The paper aims to verify thescientificity and rationality of integrative index in the new index system throughstudying on relationship between the traffic accidents and the integrative index. Thatis used to lay the theoretical foundation for perfecting the evaluation index system ofthe driving aptitude detection.The paper relies on special subject13" Filtration system and devices for drivingaptitude detection to professional drivers "of national science and technology supportprogram during11thFive-Year Plan Period, uses8detectors of speed anticipationdetector, choice reaction detector, depth perception detector, scotopia detector, actionjudgment detector, kinetic visual acuity detector, night vision detector, risk perceptiondetector to collect data of1232drivers, having more than three years drivingexperience, and obtain the subjects’ security incidents in the past three years. Thenthe traffic accident is divided into: the night-time accident, the intersection accident,the straight road accident and the rear-end accident. Then analyses the correlationbetween the integrative index and traffic accidents, the results show that: there is acorrelation between the traffic accidents and the integrative index, the evaluationindexes can effectively distinguish the accident group and the security group. |
