| With the high-speed development of Chinese auto industry, the gear industry as a base part of vehicle and motor industry has been fast developing. In abroad, fast and high precision gear measuring machine are wildly used in modern industry country, the produced gears are inspected in line to 100%. But, research in this field in China is mostly not present.Based on our research of in line auto gear inspection, pointed the measurement principle of double-flank gear rolling test was applied in fast gear inspection to 100% in workshop, because of long time and heavy duty work, we need to develop a stabilized optic grating data processing system and its soft ware.Now,with the rapid development of computer and electronics,.Among this field,PCI has been a current standard interface of PC. in the respect of sensor's application,a high precision and high integrated optical grating transducer has been an outstanding one among the displacement sensors.Meanwhile,EDA technology and CPLD/FPGA chip applied make the signal processing circuit are approved by a great number of engineers who are engaged in designing the electronic device.The paper fully introduced the grating data I/O card based on PCI control chip CH365 and relative soft ware.The first,introduced the measuring principle of in line gear selector and design idea about grating data I/O card; then, particular introduced the application of CH365, include setting, programming, connecting with PCI Bus and application notes etc. Besides, introduced each measuring soft ware model, include data connecting, error processing, measuring parameter input and data output, working flow chart, etc. through the analysis mass measuring data, got the conclusion about the instrument; finally, brief introduced the application in workshop and conclude the program. |
