The rivers in the city of Xinyang distribut widely and are rich in sands,therefore,As an suitable type of semi-rigid basis,In the construction of the highway the base of Cement Limi-soil and stabilized sand(CLSS)is widely used for these years and achieved good application effect.But But such base easily produce shrinkage crack of semi-rigid base characteristics.This has important influence on the performance of pavement structure.but studying on the materials performance of Cement Limi-soil and Stabilized sand joined with polypropylene fibres is still relatively rare. Aiming at the requirements of the performance of pavement structure,The main research is the influence of material properties which add polypropylene fiber to cement plaster stability. Through the improvement of the performance of,It can prolong the service life of the asphalt pavement structure. The findings indicated:(1) Combined with local condition, through a series of laboratory experiments, the cement plaster stability are the change rule of sand mechanical properties. Based on the performance requirements of the main road subbase materials, This paper concluded the appropriate mixture of matching the CLSS.(2)On the basis of lots of laboratory tests,This paper analysis the effect of the test ages,fiber contents on the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,compressive flexural resilient modulus of the CLSS.The results showed that the polypropylene fiber not affect the strength of the CLSS evidently,but the modulus reduced significantly.(3) In this paper,It makes a systematic experimental for the drying shrinkage and temperature shrinkage performance of the CLSS and analyzed the toughening mechanism.The results indicated that the properties of the drying shrinkage and temperature shrinkage have a certain improvement when the polypropylene fibers add to the CLSS and increasing the crack-resistance effect of the CLSS is obvious(4)Through the test of full water and dry wet circulating experiment, This paper do the preliminary studies for the water stability performance of the CLSS,the mixing polypropylene fibers can effectively enhance the water stability of the CLSS. (5) Combined with the practical project, It discussed the construction technology and quality control standard of the highway, Through the tracked observation and evaluation of the test section, It showed that the effect of the application is better.
