With the rapid progress of economics, in the situation of construction projects carried out everywhere, construction engineering supervision develops very quickly. In the short time of twenty years, supervision of construction projects exists from nothing, from specially to generally, and plays an increasingly important role in the goal of "three control, two management, one coordination ". It has become indispensable components in the field of construction projects. With the development of China's economic globalization and production informatization, construction supervision is facing new opportunities and challenges. NET technology features and the role in this system. In addition, system design principles, characteristics, system realizing interface and the goals that the system has not achieved, are all exhibited and stated.
