| Consider about the fast rapid development of State Grid Corporation of China,the management of enterprise safety production has become the top priority of the supervision of enterprises and the Safety Supervision Bureau.This is not only related to the stability of the enterprise and the harmonious development of the society,but also has more influences to the safety production for employees.The safety of life and property plays a decisive role in the economic construction of the entire society.In recent years,safety production accidents have been common in various enterprises.Whether it is from the perspective of enterprises or from the requirements of the state for safety production regulations and systems,it is necessary to increase supervision over safety production.At the same time,the State Grid attaches more importance to the safety activities of employees’ production,and more safety assurance measures are also being carried out.Among them,the informationization construction of safety production supervision has become the main development direction of the national grid companies in the first stage.Through the combination of safe production work and information system,relying on information computer system,it realizes the information processing of all links in the production process,and integrates information through computer system to ensure the strict data of production process,daily office and safety education work.Through the analysis of the national grid safety supervision system and the development principle of the calculation node system,the system can be guaranteed based on the basic principles of safety protection and production,from the technical aspects of system hardware framework,network design,intrusion system protection and so on.Combined with the working characteristics of the grid work,the basic idea of modular design and implementation is formed.The system is based on the three-layer framework structure,from top to bottom,from the overall design to the local refinement,the design of each functional module is divided,each functional module is relatively independent,according to the previous design development,and convenient for the later System debugging and maintenance upgrades.The main functional modules implemented in this study include integrated business management,security statistical analysis,security supervision and management,security risk management,security education and training,and team security construction.Through the realization of these functions,the work efficiency of the grid safety supervision has been improved,the work pressure of the grid staff has been alleviated,and direct economic benefits have been brought to the enterprise and society,ensuring the normal development of safety production activities. |
