Now we have been into the era of ” Internet + ”,information technology has entered our life and job everywhere.It is imperative for the supervision industry to promote informatization."Internet with traditional industries" is a new topic.This paper takes the supervision information system of G Power Supervision Company as the research object to optimize it from the perspective of system optimization through the methods of literature research case analysis and others,With progress control as the main line?In this paper,I first sorted out the current theory and research status of this subject,introduces the current situation of supervision company and the use of supervision information system,Combining with my experience in supervision project management,analyzing some problems existing in the existing system,this paper puts forward some targeted optimization schemes for the existing system based on the theory of project management?Finally,the supervisory information system of G Power Supervision Company is optimized by the method of stage optimization.At the same time,corresponding evaluation indicators are put forward to evaluate the system at different stages.According to the evaluation results,the problems in the optimization process of each stage are analyzed and adjusted.
