The number of town in china is 19369.There are 938 millions people in village and town.The construction and development of village and town building plays a decisibe role in the coordination development of social and economic.So far as the end of 2006,there is 696 m2 housing.However,the development of buildings in town and village is lagging behind,with little regard building earthquake disaster and there are significant security risks.Therefore,improving the disaster resilience of rural residential building as a leading technology is of great significance. The status of villages and towns in our country, to carry out seismic shock for the rural residential construction technology to improve rural production and living environment, China will fully reflect the policy of building new socialist countryside policies. Through this research project, for the control characteristics of rural house building, development of rural residential building seismic, shock absorption technology for rural residential building measures and the further study of earthquake disaster reduction is significant.The specific research work of asticle:(1) Statistical Summary the main case of village residential in An Yang region according to the research results.The structural features and seismic fortification situation is finding preliminary,finding the exist problem for further analysis and research.(2) Using modal response spectrum analysis to typical structure by finite element software.Calculating the earthquake response of different structure form under the frequent (rare case) earthquake,finding the weak parts in the structure.(3) Affect the seismic performance of the various factors (layout, floor, unit number of households, etc.) to explore the factors derived seismic properties of the residential impact.(4) According to the analysis results, rural residential area of Anyang seismic performance assessment, to improve the seismic performance of residential local towns and villages put forward reasonable proposals to reduce earthquake damage under earthquake.
