| The construction of steel structure residential speed is fast,the space arrangement is flexible,and the environment is green,which can meet the requirements of housing industry and sustainable development and it has many advantages that traditional masonry structure and reinforced concrete structure house do not have.The earthquake is a natural disaster in human ordinary experience,posing a great threat to the safety of human life and property.Therefore,in the promotion process of steel structure residence,its research on seismic performance has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper takes a high-rise residential building with steel structure as its engineering background.Three kinds of structural schemes of pure steel frame,steel frame-bracing and steel frame-concrete core cylinder are selected to study seismic performance of them,in order to provide some theoretical basis for seismic research of steel structure.Firstly,this paper introduces existing research results of steel structure residence and several commonly used steel structure residential system;Secondly,the seismic analysis theory is expounded in detail as well as the principle of finite element analysis;Once again,based on large-scale finite element software ANSYS,we have modal analysis,response spectrum analysis,elastic dynamic time-history analysis under action of frequent earthquake and dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis under action of rare earthquake of three steel structure programme;Finally,14 near fault ground motions with different pulse periods are selected and three kinds of steel structure seismic response law are studied under the action of near fault ground motion;And the seismic performance of the three systems is obtained.The main research results and conclusions are as follows:①Modal analysis,The first three order modes of the three systems meet the specifications.The torsional modes of pure steel frames appears earlier.Torsion of steel frame bracing system is significantly inhibited;The first three modal cycles are the longest for pure steel frames and the steel frame-concrete core tube system is the shortest.②Response spectrum analysis,The interlayer displacement angle,shear weight ratio meet the specification;the floor displacement,inter layer displacement,interlayer displacement angle size and the "whipping effect" intensity of the system have:pure steel frame system>steel frame-bracing system>steel frame core tube system.③Time-history analysis of frequent earthquake,the three systems are in elastic state,The seismic response is smaller than response spectrum research results and satisfies the specifications.The magnitude of the floor displacement,the interlayer displacement and the interlayer displacement angle are similar to those obtained by the response spectrum.④ Elastic-plastic time-history analysis under the action of rare earthquakes.With maximum system displacement 386.60mm,the pure steel frame system,its maximum first principal stress is 419.05MPa and its maximum plastic strain is 5.11e-4,the system has failure and damage risk.With maximum system displacement 293.15mm,the steel frame bracing system,its maximum first principal stress is 364.97MPa,reducing by about 15%compared with pure steel frame system,its bottom beam and column does not enter the plastic state,and its supports have some plastic deformations as "the first seismic defense" role.With maximum system displacement 154.90mm,the steel frame core tube system,its maximum first principal stress is 320.40MPa,and its plastic strain is 0.⑤ Under the action of different pulse cycle near fault ground motions,the displacement response of pure steel frames is the most affected,its maximum inter story drift angle is 4.57%.The supports of the steel frame bracing system does not play the role of "obviously restraining the near fault earthquake vibration easily causing large displacement response of the system",and its maximum inter story displacement angle is close to 4.00%;but the displacement response and the risk level of it is less than that of pure steel frame system.The displacement response of steel frame core tube system is the least and its maximum drift angle is 0.87%,and its security is the best.To sum up,the seismic performance ranking of the three systems is:steel frame core tube system>steel frame bracing system>pure steel frame system. |
