In recent years, with china’s rapid development of transport, the prestressed concretegirder bridge has been growing up rapidly with its economical cost, strong integrity, ridingeomfort and maintenance of simple.The increase of free cantilever casting constructiondifficulty,the complexity of internal force and displacement,so in the construction processhave also been many problems can not be ignored. Therefore, the prestressed concrete girderbridge construction process control is to ensure the construction safety, and is to ensure thatthe stress state into the bridge line and an important measure to meet the design requirements.On the basis of the construction control of the Ji Qi Speed Tuo River prestressed concretecontinuous girder bridge, The scheme of monitoring stresses and deflections is presentedaccording to the special construction property of the full-size precast continuous box girderbridge. The analysis of construction process of the bridge has been carried out by usingMIDAS/Civil, a finite element analysis software.These provides the basic theoretical basis forthe construction control of the Tuo River prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge. In theconstruction control process, by using measured data and test data during the constructionmonitoring, mondify the model of the structural parameters, temperature, concrete Young’smodulus and shrinkage and creep and other construction control parameters, to predict thenext segment deflection of the construction and structure of stress, this ensures the bridgestructure into the bridge line and stress to meet the design requirements.In this paper, Ji Qi Speed Tuo River prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge, itshighly successful construction monitoring and stress research, the main contents are asfollows:1、in the deflection of linear control, construction set is given formula Elevation ofproposed closure the main beam control precautions. And management of the gray systemmodel to calculate the error analysis.2、stress control, to calculate the shrinkage and creep strain and temperature resultingfrom the measured strain isolated from the strain, which calculated the strain caused by theactual load value.
