In recent years, with increasingly serious pollution of the songhua river and the continuing decline of fishery resources, a significant reduction in the number of fish in Harbin section of Songhua River are happening. People eager to rebuild friendly relationship in harmony with nature, and the recreational fishing industry is conducive to the protection of fishery resources, therefore, recreational fishing has become the focus of attention came into being.The text take the development of fishing village along the river in Harbin for example,while the Harbin municipal committee and government put forward ecological strategic objectives to protect, develop and construct "boundless expanse of wetlands, hundred meters of ecological corridor", which brings new opportunities for the development of recreational fishing. But so far most of the study for recreational fishery that start from an economic perspective, tourism development and landscape design for the study less, leading to its development theory behind the practice of development. Therefore, this paper use the methods of literature review, demonstration analysis and so on to research the tourism development and landscape design of leisure fishing village. All content is divided into six parts:The first part is introduction.
