| The Computer-Aided Test of hydraulic, which is simply called hydraulic CAT, is a newly developing comprehensive course. This course includes hydraulic, microcomputer, measuring and testing techniques, digital signal processing, reliability engineering and modern control theory, and so on. Hydraulic CAT is a suit of data acquisition and analysis system that is based on computer and connected with laboratory bench. In this system, the computer's action is analysing and processing the data that acquired from hydraulic control system, then output the test result.We designed a suit of electro hydraulic servo control system based on QDY-6 electro hydraulic servo valve, and designed the testing software for this system.In the design of electro hydraulic servo control system, we used QDY-6 electro hydraulic servo valve as control element, and selected LVDT displacement transducer and BK-1 tension and pressure transducer of resistance strain type as feedback elements, then composed displacement control system and force control system. In addition, we also designed power amplifying circuit for QDY-6 electro hydraulic servo valve.In the computer-aided test system, we selected USB7333 data acquisition module exploited by beijing zhongtai yanchuang technology limited company. Using graphical programming language LabVIEW, we designed the testing system and fulfilled the signal acquisition, data analysis and resulting display.
