| At present, the wheel manufacturers need the wheel dynamic bending fatigue test machine more, so we developed a new type of wheel dynamic bending fatigue test machine. Be based on the factors of taking into account the test accuracy and the cost of the test machine, this article synthesized all the advantages of the wheel dynamic bending fatigue test machine.This paper proposed the closed-loop control of load and load-arm offset detection methods using the PID as the core by analyzing the direct drive motor load structure cantilevered load theory. I finished the data acquisition and controlling system hardware and software design, also including PC monitoring software design based on Configuration Technology.The result shows that:the test machine's load controlling accuracy is higher than 1%. the offset detection accuracy is higher than 2.5%. So its technical indicators are good and with stable operation. |
