| With electric locomotive vigorously developing and application, the good contact between pantograph and the wire is becoming more and more important. In order to improve the contact state between pantograph and wire,current scientific research institutions are generally improved contact line and pantograph, the former mainly make conductor material better, and the latter use double Double slippers pantograph and modified slippers materials. So understanding the surface of pantograph splide plate abrasion is necessary for the electric locomotive. This system based on methods with existing abrasion detection designs a new detection system of pantograph slide plate's abrasion by utilizing ultrasonic sensors as detecting elements, for it is simple for processing information, low cost, easy to realize hardware and accurate of the measurements. This paper mainly is to design and improve the later system and integrated debugging, including design the trigger scheme of sensors in system, improve communication between lower computer system and upper one, data proceing show parts, analyse many anti-disturbance measures and reduction methods. All kinds of problems found at the debugging process are analyed and solved.The detection system of pantograph slide plate's abrasion controls ultrasonic sensors to detect abrasion of pantograph splide plate of electric locomotive based on DSP TMS320LF2407A, utilizes 30 ultrasonic sensors to detect electric locomotive's pantograph slide plate by means of on line, multi-point and time-sharing, at last, displays the actual three-dimensional graphics on upper computer after data processing. This paper includes the designs of lower computer system, upper computer system and device structure.The lower computer system is mainly responsible for data acquisition and transmission, uses TMS320LF2407A chip as processor, mainly includes sensor trigger circuit, echo signal processing circuit, serial communication circuit and program code by C language; The upper computer system is a user operation interface by VC++6.0, is mainly responsible for processing the detection data, saving data and displaying graphics. |
