Many electromechanical equipments need to be controlled and managed in the high-speed railway lines. Especially, there are so many electromechanical equipments in the passenger transport hub station that artificially controlling these equipments is inefficiency, waste of energy, unsafe, and can not satisfy station staves'and passengers'environmental requirements of work, life, security, transportation, rest etc. With construction equipment monitoring system of building automation systems applied to the station, it adopts advanced computer technology, control technology and communication technology to automatic monitor, control and management the mechanical and electrical equipment, achieving the purpose of saving energy and manpower, improving the level of security and management. This thesis is about construction equipment monitoring System of Chenzhou station in the Wuhan-Guangzhou passenger dedicated line, using the APOGEE of Siemens building automation products to finish the design of BAS subsystem of Chenzhou station.At first, the thesis introduces the basic concept of building automation systems, and BACnet protocol one of common floor control protocols. It analyses and compares building automation products, such as Honeywell WEBs, Siemens AOPGEE and Johnson METASYS, choosing more cost-effective Siemens AOPGEE as the configuration software and the controller in this design. Then, It introduces the components of the station automation system. Based on the thought of distributed and open design, the structure of the station construction equipment monitoring system uses the open distribution structure, in other words, the structure of combination of distributed control and fieldbus control, using control network technology. The design of network structure uses BACnet/IP technology, so that it is enable the management layer and control layer to become one layer, simplify communications network, and communication at a high rate. It analyses the remote control, remote information and remote measure of fresh air units, air condition units and cold soure in the monitoring control system for electromechanical equipment of Chenzhou station. Finally, it takes Chenzhou station in the Wuhan-Guangzhou PDL as an example, analyses and chooses the appropriate controller, builds platform of equipment supervisory control, and applies Insight configuration software to realize air conditioning supervisory control and cold source system supervisory control, and control interface, statements view, dynamic curves show, alarm software design.
