With the increase of air traffic flow, increasing pressure on safety and security, all this put forward new challenges and requirements to our station management. Navigation station as air traffic control equipment, it plays an important part in the flight routes and its safety is particular importance. The work model of "unattended, some care, regular inspection" must be based on equipment with remote monitoring capability, and on the view of the development of navigation technology, remote monitoring and real-time monitoring is also a device must have the ability. Navigation station itself has the characteristics over a broad and geographical spread mostly remote, so use a navigation device remote monitoring to let the distributed stations centralized management is particularly important and urgent. In recent years, with the continuous development of information technology, remote monitoring as a technical means has been increasingly used in all areas of society. Through remote monitoring technology, navigation equipment enables centralized monitoring, remote stations can be kept informed of the equipment distributed operating conditions, the problems are found to respond quickly. This increased efficiency, while also greatly ensure the safe operation of equipment, which greatly enhance the ability of navigation equipment, safety and security.This paper describes the operation of navigation equipment status, combined with the actual situation on the implementation of the station remote monitoring of the necessity and feasibility of reform done in-depth analysis.Using computer technology, communications technology and network technology, the monitoring center use computer network control system in different regions of the navigation device to set the necessary control points for telemetry, remote control, real-time monitoring equipment operating parameters in order to discovery and handle failure, navigation devices in order to achieve unattended and centralized control. In this paper, the overall reconstruction goal, on the basis of the data acquisition station equipment, data transmission and transformation of software design technology and solutions are demonstrated. Put forward stations of data acquisition device, data transmission of hardware implementation scheme reform.Combining communication network conditions, the actual situation of stations and reliability, safety, manageability personalized design requirements, and then put forward the comprehensive consideration with configuration software structure environment monitoring software development. Configuration software component technology is called the modular, rapid construction industry automatic control system monitoring function of software tools. Configuration software should be able to support various industrial equipment and the communication protocol, and can provide distributed data management and network function, besides the data acquisition and realize the basic control functions, but also provide fault diagnosis, data analysis and report form and printing, etc.Finally, this paper complete control configuration software design and test verification work.
