ABSTRACTThis paper is one part of task-Unconventional method research of controlling axial piston pump's noise? which is supported by Natural Science Foundation of China and gives further study on the hydraulic torque stability of valve plate to rotor.In general, the axial piston pump matches flow by valve plate. In order to ensure the thickness of the oil film and avoid the partial grind, it is necessary to calculate the torque of luctuate bodyrotor for right designing pump. But in the same time, in order to decrease even refrain the pressure impact and gas eroding during the process of matching flow, there are groves or holes in the valve plate. So the oil's pressure in piston's cavity will change from intake port's pressure to discharge port's pressure gradually. Further more the closed-dead-angle iX~ is big, so its impact should not beignored. This paper discussed that the hydraulic torque of valve plate to rotor under several kind of different condition such as odd or even piston, symmetry or asymmetry valve plate, vary alternate match angle's valve plate through simulating and calculating. In addition, this paper studies the relation of torque pulsate with Aq and the hydraulic torque stability of valve plate to rotor. The formulae in this paper are founded for axial piston pump whose rotor's structure is straight axis and auto-location type, but other type of pump can reference it.
