| A s the rail of our county in a high-speed development, the popularity of high-speed railway also put forward higher requirements over railway infrastructure. The turnout plays a vital role in the railway transport operations. Melting system was build to deal with the malfunction of turnout systems duo to freezing caused by snow or other disaster weather.There are a variety of turnout melting-snow systems used in our county or abroad, these systems uses different ways to heat turnout, such as gas heating, hot water circulation, piped hot air, saline injection and electric heating,etc. In this paper we choose electric heating, which is a new type of melting snow system, the working principle is:determine weather heating turnout through temperature sensor fist, if need heating, then the control terminal of station give heating instruction go control cabinet, the control cabinet determine weather the hearting circuit on or off through AC contactor and circuit breaker control. The power of heating circuit turns electric power to heat, which will then transferred to the part of turnout to melt the snow on it. User can operate the system by ways of manual or automatic.In this paper, I did the structural design and analysised the function requirements of melting snow system through analysis and research of electric heating turnout snow conditions and the provisional technical requirements of modern railway, after that,By using Visual C++I finished the detailed design and completion of the station control terminal and the simulation software.The major contents in this paper are:Fist thing to analysis the function requirements of the circuit heating melting snow system, then detailed describe the overall function of the system, analysis the communication method and show the way to reality the control terminal of station, detailed describe the way to reality the whole circuit heating melting snow system and debug methods at last. |
