Aiming at 300MW CFB boiler of Qinhuangdao power plant, the conclusion was drew by analyzing boiler operation parameters. (1) bed pressure would be reduced with boiler load rise;(2) bed temperature would be reduced with circulation materials rise;(3) steam temperature would be rose with bed temperature rise;(4)SO2 discharge concentration would be rose for high bed temperature or low oxygen;(5)boiler wear would be aggravated because of high bed pressure or high fluidization air volume;(6)it was key point to improve boiler startup speed that qualified materials was chosen and coal input temperature was reduced. Anyhow, the thesis is from the Angle of the boiler actual operation, on the basis of operation parameters characteristics investigation, actual problems are analyzed and solved in boiler operation, and the boiler operation is better ensured safely and economically.
