The thesis analyzes the south Hebei grid power marketing system development and working principle for the marketing business. In view of the reality of the marketing business, a comprehensive demand analysis is carried out, including functional requirements analysis (business functional requirements, system support requirements, etc.), data requirements analysis (data type requirements, data processing requirements, code requirements, etc.), and non-functional requirements for system analysis (integration requirements, performance requirements, security requirements, other system requirements, etc.), with purpose of providing the optimized business functions and non-functional requirements specifications. According to the status of the business application development and implementation for a city-level power company, the marketing business model and system functional requirements demand model are presented, to ensure the consistence of the company's marketing business applications, business processes, and data analysis process for all the city-level companies. Furthermore, a comparative analysis is made between the national grid company's power marketing systems in different countries.
