The development of electric power market presents new requirements to State Grid Corporation of China. In order to obey the service aim of people's power industry serviced to people, carry out the guideline of high quality, convenience, standardization and bona fides earnestly, and improve the service quality of power supply, zhejiang electric power company builds client supporting systems of power marketing including client information system of power marketing(consisting of operation subsystem, electric charge subsystem and metering subsystem), 95598 client service system(including rush repair orientation system based on GPRS), WEB system of power marketing, demand side management system, bank online electric fee computation system(including account system) etc. In addition, client field management system and demand side management system are also researched and developed. These systems can provide many kinds of services such as power consumption information inquiry, operation fault alarm and power factor analysis etc. At the same time, real-time monitoring function is also enhanced. Furthermore, these systems provide a strong and valid technical method for anti-stealing electric energy and orderly power utilization. And power marketing service to individual and management to individual have become true.
