As an important part of engineering machinery product, the truck crane is mainly consist of chassis, cabin, slewing table, telescopic booms and fly jib etc. It's widely used in the series of modern construction, including hydropower, large nuclear power and a large number of state infrastructural construction. What'more, compared with the limits of human, the truck crane'work efficiency is far more efficient and it plays a more and more important role in the modern society construction. Generally speaking, truck crane hydraulic system is composed of several circuits, including slewing circuit, outrigger circuit, piloted circuit and guided by multiple valve controlling derricking, extending and hoisting circuit. The derricking hydraulic system circuit controls the boom frame'derricking and bearing the self-weight of boom frame and the derricking oil cylinder and the load carrying. Its performance is considered as an important factor of measuring the performance of truck crane.This subject dates from a corporate project between a company and a domestic famous university, with 25 ton truck crane derricking hydraulic system'development and research as a background, combining with system simulation, the theory of multi-body dynamics, date acquisition software and test, aiming at derricking hydraulic system to get the research of dynamic and static simulation, while analyzing the boom frame mechanism on multi-body dynamics simulation, ensuring the accuracy of the simulation model through contrasted with test date. And based on these, optimization solution is proposed, while verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of this optimization solution by simulation and measurement.The research and practice of the subject indicates that the method of adopting the system simulation, multi-body dynamics simulation, and computer-aided design for designing complex hydraulic system and analyzing kinematics of mechanism is very effective, which can reduce the time of analysis. Furthermore, it is instructive to the development and research of hydraulic system for new product, effectively shortening the cycle of product development and saving design costs.
