That has led to human being is on verge of the crisis existing already. Sustainable development is brought out in the case of summarizing the human development and environmental both positive and negative experiences and lessons. Ecology's generation and development with the integration of various disciplines, it's fundamental reason is that people began to realize that the survival of the human dilemma facing and actively explore and expect to find solutions.This thesis is begin with the relationship between ecology and residential settlement, using ecological principles, described the characteristics of folk house in western Henan Province loess tableland, carefully analyzed the completion and development of pit house-folk house in western Henan Province loess tableland.This article is based on the ecological perspective,using Ecological principles and methods, through a concrete analysis of all factors about the formation of pit house settlements, Specific for the construction of the pit house in Fan village, Shan County, Sanmenxia City, from pit house settlements and the choose of house-shaped to detailed construction technology about all parts of the pit house, making a step by step analysis.This thesis tries to sort out the detailed construction technical practices of pit house, and explains the ecology connotation that contained in the folk house settlement, using the view of Ecology and Technology to scan the formation and development of folk house settlement, expecting the protection and development of folk house can go to a new research levels.
