BIM technology applied to prefabricated buildings can improve the efficiency of integrated design and reduce design errors,optimize the production process and construction process of PC components,improve the efficiency of prefabricated building,and promote the important way of industrialization of construction and informatization of the construction industry.However,there are still problems in the application of BIM technology in the construction stage of prefabricated house.One of them is that the participating units of PC component design,production and construction have not formed a shared BIM data platform,and the results of PC components in each stage cannot be synchronized and coordinated;In addition,the application of BIM in various key technologies in the construction stage of prefabricated house is scattered and not a system,resulting in insignificant BIM application effects.In order to improve the construction quality and efficiency of PC prefabricated house,it is necessary to improve the level of BIM technology application in the design-productionconstruction integration of PC components for industrialized building systems,and build a PC prefabricated house with BIM technology application system to solve the prefabricated construction stage the main quality problems.First,through the literature to study the development status and main obstacles of prefabricated building at home and abroad,using the Likert scale method for questionnaire survey and analysis,to identify the main quality influencing factors in the construction stage of prefabricated building.Secondly,build a BIM shared model platform for PC component design,production,and construction units for industrial building systems,establish a mechanism and method for data and information transfer between the three parties,and realize the deepening of PC component standardization design,factory production,and prefabricated construction integration.Furthermore,use the system method to build "5+2" industrial BIM technology construction system of PC prefabricated house,the key technology for deepening the design and assembly of the aluminum alloy template in the system,and the finite element analysis of the lifting of the PC components in the external system,PC component hoisting technology,component key node connection,ALC internal partition wall construction plan and adopt BIM package solution;Finally,case analysis method is used to verify the integration of PC component construction and "5+2" construction system in the stage of prefabricated residential construction Application value in lean construction.The research results not only reveal the main quality problems existing in the construction stage of PC prefabricated house,but also expand the research on inter-organizational collaborative innovation,industrialized building system and construction methods based on BIM technology;it can also help major participating units solve the technical difficulties and problems of prefabricated house.Optimize technical solutions,improve management efficiency and engineering quality,and improve the application level of BIM technology in the construction of prefabricated house.
