| The artillery synchronous accuracy is whether the target axis and gun axis turn the same angle when the artillery turn a certain angle in the horizontal or vertical direction,which is a further testing on artillery zero line.This article proposes a testing method of artillery synchronous accuracy which can meet the testing of artillery aiming accuracy with the range of-2°—5°in the vertical direction.To increase the testing accuracy and efficiency,a laser beam is used to simulate the gun axis,laser spot is collected by the CCD camera,the center of laser spot is calculated by image processing,the angle between target axis and gun axis can be calculated with a accuracy of less than 25¨.In this article,a laser collimation system and a CCD imaging optical system is designed,a image processing program is designed by LabVIEW IMAQ Vision. |
