This paper focuses on a detection system of brake cylinder wall flaw, an advanced non-contact photoelectric detection system of brake cylinder wall flaw based on endoscopic imaging,precision mechanical transmission technology,servo control technology,photoelectric sensing technology, digital signal processing technology is developed. By using this new detection system, the size and position of flaw can be identified accurately, and moreover, the disturbance is suppressed by the process automation and human-machine interaction.The functions and main technical characteristics of a detection system of brake cylinder wall flaw are introduced firstly. In the following, the basic principles and design method are presented in details, including endoscopic optical system,control and precision mechanical transmission system,data acquisition systems etc, especially the design of endoscopic optical system and precision mechanical transmission system. In the last chapters, the precision of this detection system of brake cylinder wall flaw is discussed. |
