Research On The Digital Level-Testing System And The Key Technology Of The Large Airplane

With the rapid development of science and manufacturing of airplane,the method of traditional level-testing can not adapt the development of airplane's design and manufacturing.Digital level-testing technology is developing with it's goodness what are high degree of accuracy, high efficiency and small amount of work. Specially it will has large developmental space for the large airplane.This technology not only solve the problem of traditional level-testing's shortcoming such us bellow efficiency and bellow degree of accuracy. And it has great value of application theory and practice engineering.Based on the development of modern manufacturing of airplane, aimed at the shortcoming of airplane's traditional level-testing,this paper introduces the development situation of digital precision measurement technology in domestic and abroad, expounds the principle and programme of digital measurement systems.And make profound study of digital level-testing's key technology which include the technology of coordinate system uniform between laser radar and IGPS measurement systems;The technology of coordinate system transfer between measurement coordinate system and airplane coordinate system;The technology of unified spatial metrology network;The technology of measurement data's drift check; Compute and optimize the slippage of airplane's level points with different fitting algorithm.Make the proximity between digital level-testing and traditional level-testing by some fitting algorithm and provind the precision of digital level-testing. At last, the data were processed and the error factors were analyzed. It accomplishes the digital level-testing of the large airplane.
