Avionics is an important part of the aircraft and plays a vital role for the overall performance of the aircraft. With the increasing of the number of avionics, The requirement of avionics installation location and accuracy is growing, The traditional installation methods began to show its shortcoming, such as the calibration of low accuracy, installation of low efficiency. Therefore, Digital laser measurement which use iGPS measurement systems compatible laser radar came into being, by measuring the aircraft reference point to establish measurement reference coordinate system, Aircraft without level-testing, by compare measure the angles between points and Datum coordinate systems, achieve the installation and calibration of avionics equipment.This paper to refer to a large number of domestic and foreign literature, digital laser measurement techniques were introduced, introduces digital laser measuring system components and principles and the measurement system calibration method, based on the system’s measurement principle to establish the aircraft digital level-testing and avionics equipment installation calibration model, detailed description of the avionics installation of the calibration process and program design; by experimental results verify the digital laser measurement accuracy; final laser measurement system for digital error analysis, to achieve the installation of avionics equipment calibration.
