The test-bed has been designed with view to determine static capability and absorption of energy capability of head restraints of automobile seats. In accordance with the provisions of GB11550-2009, it detects capability of the head restraints of automobile seats through the rigid ball impacting.This article is designed hydraulic launch-type test device. It makes the impact speed of rigid sphere attain 24.1km/h and loading force attains 373N and 890N. The test-bed has computer control system. It can control the impact testing of test-bed efficiently and running of test-bed and automatic collections the test data and analyses the test results. It makes use of snorkels to calibrate the impact area of rigid sphere expediently.The test-bed has adopt hydraulic electroplate in order to resolve the problem of impact velocity and impact area inaccurately in pendulum type test-bed. The test-bed is stable and the test result is reliability and readable. |
