As the core parts for the passengers directly contact with the vehicle seats, its safety and comfort have been gradually payed attention to the users and manufactures of the automobile.This paper develop a vehicle seat dynamic loading test-bed control system based on the analysis of the current research of the vehicle seat test-beds at home and abroad, and combining the capacity requirements and test methods of the seat.Firtly, the mechanical structure and the hydraulic system and the operational principle of the loading test-bed are introduced, and to design the whole control system. Two cases of loading types of the dynamic loading test-bed for automobile seats are adopted:Electro-hydraulic servo loading and Dynamic impact loading. Through the modeling simulation platform AMESIM software to establish the mathematical model of the two loading methods, and the simulation results is analysed in detailed.This paper mainly expound the design of the hardware and software of the test-bed. The design of the hardware is introduced in detail, including the sensor signal, servo drive system,data acquisition system, I/O system, and the selection of the IPC.The control system software is developed with the LabVIEW, to realize the motion control and data acquistion.The section of software programming contains login user interface, main interface and its program of the control system. To realize the automatic control of the system by using the design of the VI and the parameters setting, and combining with the hardware circuit design.Finally, the feasibility and availability of this test-bed control system are validated by dynamic loading testing to the vehicle seat.
