Railway is the main artery of national economy, and railway cargo transport of goods transport is an important part of the market. With the development of market economy, Face of rail freight road, civil aviation, waterways, pipelines and other modes of transport of goods caused by the rapid rise of competition. In the competition, rail freight market share decreasing. Among the many reasons, an aspect of marketing is an important reason behind. How to improve the rail freight marketing levels is a major issue for the railway industry. Therefore, the application of new logistics marketing and customer relationship management, and other related theories, based on the actual work of railway bureau, and through information technology to improve the marketing level, it has a strong practical significance for the work of the railway administration.At first, this paper analyzed the development of domestic and foreign rail freight marketing overview, and described the theories of Logistics Marketing and Customer Relationship Management. Then the paper analyzed the information conditions of the Lanzhou Railway Bureau freight transport marketing, and presented the two major issues of the establishment of freight marketing information platform, the integration of internal information resources and the customer management services for the owners. And it focused on the integration objective and Web services-based integration solutions. Finally, the paper proposed the design of freight marketing information platform, Including the objectives and principles of system design, system structure and main functions, and the main technical program of the system construction, etc.
