Production logistics system is a typical discrete event dynamic system (DEDS) which contains many factors. Some of them are difficult to analyze through mathematical model. Therefore, after analyzing the status of manufacturing enterprise logistic system, based on the theory of discrete event systems simulation and modeling, this paper models and simulates on the logistics system with the help of Petri Nets and Em-plant software.Firstly, this paper introduces the Petri Net theory to the production logistics system. Then, a Petri Net model based on X company's logistics processes is established. Thirdly, it clearly explains the logical process and index algorithm by using the core idea of Markov states transition process. Lastly, this article also proposes measures for improvement and suggestions for the problems of X enterprise's logistics processes.For uncertainty in the discrete system, it is necessary to estimate the capacity of the logistics system firstly. So, the result of capacity fluctuation is get with the help of simulation method which distinguishes the tradition setting production by using the method of probability statistics. Later on, the random events such as fluctuating of working time, equipment failures and emergency orders in the system are also studied to set up a new method which can determine the bottlenecks by comparing the working process time that has great infection on the output of the system.Through the modeling of X company's logistics processes by using the Petri Net and stochastic simulation on the production logistics system, this paper defines the concept of reliability of production logistics system and establishes the reliability framework of logistics system. Based on previous studies, it focuses on the reliability of series and parallel production lines and quantitative evaluation of the emergency orders. Then, a series of optimization measure are proposed. For example, the robustness measure which can improve the robustness of the logistics system; measures related to production line including regular maintenance, setting safety stock etc; measures related to reliability of works including strengthening the management specifying system and the use of human factors in the management.Production logistics system is a very complex discrete dynamic system which need further study from all point of view. Through the study in the paper.All of which establish a steady basic for the study of production logistics system reliability.
